A man from Florida who was drunk is alleged to have punched a taxi driver in the face before jumping out of the cab and dancing in the street shouting ‘I’m Rick James, b***h!’
A police report details how Paul Kijek, 50, left a bar in St. Petersburg on Florida’s west coast on Sunday morning just after 4:15am and was determined to drive
According to an arrest affidavit he was ‘kept from driving by multiple witnesses due to his level of intoxication.’
When police arrived on scene at Back Bar they called a taxi for Kijek into which he got inside.

But things are only alleged to have got worse with Kijek yelling at the driver, Richard Pepin, before allegedly punching him in the face as the car was leaving the bar, according to The Smoking Gun.
The alleged assault happened right in front of police who were still on the scene.
Kijek jumped out of the cab and ‘began dancing in the street’ shouting obscenities including ‘You white motherf*******’ and ‘I’m Rick James, b***h.’
Kijek was promptly arrested for battery and disorderly intoxication. He was released from the county jail Sunday morning after posting $600 bond.
